3) Hosting & website operations (Squarespace)
This website is provided via Squarespace. Squarespace processes technical data necessary to deliver, operate, and secure the site (e.g., IP address, device/browser information, timestamps, technical logs).
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Squarespace provides a Data Processing Addendum (DPA) as part of its terms.
4) Squarespace Analytics / Activity Log
We use Squarespace Analytics and have enabled Activity Log data. The activity log shows recent entries from the last seven days and may include information such as IP address, referrer, browser/OS, and approximate location based on IP.

5) Contact (forms / email)
When you contact us via a form or email, we process the information you provide (e.g., name, email address, message) to respond.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) and/or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Retention: We keep enquiries as long as necessary to handle them, then delete them unless legal retention obligations apply.
6) Scheduling (Calendly – linked only)
We link to Calendly for appointment scheduling. When you click the link, you leave our website and Calendly’s privacy information applies. When booking an appointment, Calendly processes the data you enter (e.g., name, email address, chosen time, and any optional information you provide).
Legal basis (on our side): Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual steps/appointment scheduling) and/or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (efficient appointment management).
7) Newsletter / email list
If you sign up via a form (e.g., in the footer), we store your email address (and, if provided, your name) so we can contact you by email later (e.g., newsletter/updates).
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent).
Verification (double opt-in): After signing up, you will typically receive an email to confirm your subscription. This helps ensure that no one signs up using someone else’s email address.
Storage/processing: Sign-ups are currently stored via Squarespace.
Email provider: We will add the email service provider once chosen (e.g., Mailchimp or another tool).

8) Translations (Weglot)
We use Weglot to provide translations. Weglot may process technical data to deliver multilingual content and provides privacy and DPA information.

9) Social media links
We provide standard links to profiles (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn). Data is generally transmitted to those platforms only when you click a link.
